I'm awkward in front of the camera. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Almost everyone says that. I'll guide you the whole way and keep it relaxed, and most people forget the camera's even there after the first few minutes.

Can you help with a surprise proposal?

Absolutely. We'll plan it together beforehand, I'll stay out of sight until the big moment, and then capture the reaction and some photos of you both afterwards.

Can we bring our dog?

I'd be upset if you didn't! Pets are family too, and some of the best shoots have a dog running around in them. Just let me know beforehand so we can pick a good spot. (Unless it's a surprise shoot, in which case maybe leave the dog out of the plan. They're terrible at keeping secrets!)

These are the shoots where we get to be a bit creative. You bring an idea (or just a feeling), I'll bring a few of my own, then we head somewhere beautiful, chase the light and have fun with it.

No stiff poses, no forced smiles. Just you, being you. The way it should be.
